Srini Pillarisetty
President and CEO
Mr. Pillarisetty is the founder of Vigilant Technologies and began his career nearly two decades ago as an Enterprise Applications Specialist with Oracle Corporation and as an Oracle senior level technical consultant for companies like General Dynamics, Johnson Contols, Weight Watchers Intl., Labatts Brewing Co., and Atomic Energy of Canada. Mr. Pillarisetty has helped many companies implement Oracle solutions and was a strategic member of the Oracle team in Canada. Mr. Pillarisetty also has an extensive programming background that spans most versions of UNIX, as well as Windows platforms. This said, Mr. Pillarisetty is most recognized for his high-level work in the Oracle E-Business Suite Environments. Although Mr. Pillarisetty extends his technical knowledge from ERP to CRM solutions, he is also recognized as a strong business leader as he has masterminded several acquisitions that have further fueled the rapid growth of Vigilant today as a leader in providing Enterprise Application Management Services on both Oracle and SAP platforms. Mr. Pillarisetty’s education began with a BE in Engineering followed up with a Masters in Computing(Information Technology) from Australia.
Gary Olson
Vice President of Oracle Solution Sales
As Vice President of Oracle Solution Sales, Gary Olson is responsible for managing the sales of Vigilants’ products and services in North America. Gary joined Vigilant in 2010 with a more than 20-year track record of driving ground-breaking revenue growth at such well-known software companies as BEA Systems and CA. While at BEA Gary grew revenue at General Motors from $ 0 to $ 16 million over a 3 and ½ year period and expanded the business into both Europe and ASIA. He also has held senior level sales positions at Baxter, Serena, Tealeaf Technologies, and most recently, Oracle. Gary holds a BA in Business Management from Concordia College and has done graduate studies at both Concordia and Spring Arbor College.
Jim Stolzenfeld
Director, Technical Services
As Director of Technical Services, Mr. Stolzenfeld has a multi-faceted role that includes leadership of the Enterprise Technology team, business development, client engagement management and ensuring the ongoing alignment of Vigilant’s technical capabilities and service offerings with the needs of our customers. With over two decades of experience with industry technology leaders including BEA and IBM, Mr. Stolzenfeld provides Vigilant and our customers a wide range of expertise in SOA, Business Intelligence, Data Management and Enterprise Middleware (including Portals, ESBs, BPM, EAI, EII, ECM, Web & Rich Internet Applications). Prior to Vigilant, Mr. Stolzenfeld worked extensively with a wide range of customers – including Kmart, Ford Motor Company, Hyatt Hotels, Thomson Learning, Accident Fund Insurance, Comerica Bank, Delta Dental, Meijer Stores and dozens of others on strategies and initiatives to drive measurable business value through the implementation of leading-edge Enterprise Technology. This included some of the industry’s very first high-profile J2EE and SOA deployments in the Midwest and a client that was recognized with a prestigious Smithsonian award from Computerworld magazine for the innovative use of technology to automate more than 2,500 distributed locations worldwide via ten separate UNIX-based Client/Server applications. Mr. Stolzenfeld holds a Bachelor of Computer Science, Summa Cum Laude with a minor in Management from Oakland University in Rochester, MI.
K. Michael Wille
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Wille provides both the short-term tactical and longer-term strategic vision for Vigilant, making sure our roadmap for product and service offerings are in line with the evolution of our company and specifically relevent to our customers. Mr. Wille has had a career mixed with creative design and implementation to technical architecture creation and development, including both Windows and UNIX Platforms. Mr. Wille has held varrying levels of management oversight positions including senior level roles as a technology stratagist, development manager, research analyst, software engineering and Technology Officer. Mr Wille is often called upon to speak on many technology topics including most recently; "Open Source Enterprise Integration & Security." Mr. Wille’s education begins with a B.S. for Computer Science from GMI Engineering and Management Institute and continues on today.
Valerian Cardoza
Director of Operations, US and Canada
Mr. Valerian oversees our day to day technical operations at the client level orchestrating the balance of our people and processes. Mr. Cardoza has an impressive background with over 22 years in IT and 18 years specifically in the Application Management Practice. In addition to Mr. Cardoza’s diversity in technical knowledge, are his regions of education and employment. Mr. Cardoza has held positions including, Computer Specialist, Scientific Assistant, Electric Engineer, Operating Systems Engineer and Administration positions spanning from Oracle E-Business Suite to Business Intelligence modules. Overall, Mr. Cardoza has practiced his technology, engineering and application administration skills in India, Abu Dhabi-UAE, Canada and the United States. His list of employers is equally impressive and includes; Oracle, Abu-Dhabi National Insurance Company, BMC Software, Bank of America, and RMC Technologies, to highlight a few. His educational background begins with a degree in Electronics Engineering from St. Xavier’s Technical Institute, India and holds BS in Computer Engineering from Kensington University, Hawaii.
Sameera Buksh
VP of Strategic/Global Accounts
Mrs. Buksh has spent the majority of her career in providing technical solutions for companies including resource management and served on the management team of Elite Quality Software Services, Inc. prior to its acquisition by Vigilant Technologies LLC. Mrs. Buksh continues to manage Vigilants most recognized customers including; TCS, BOSE, GM, Delphi, Lexmark, AC Neilson to name a few. Mrs. Buksh began her career working in several mangement level positions within the client services divisions of Merrill Lynch, Comerica Bank, and Michigan Bank and spent over 14 years providing top level services for which she was recognized for her achievements. During her career, she became very technically proficient and in order to communicate more effectively with her clients even sought out additional technical training and certification from CISCO Systems as well as Quality Assurance Practices. Mrs. Buksh’s formal education includes a BA in Accounting.
